But if you're trying to figure out which box to put us in, you're going to come up empty. Red Dot Fitness doesn't fit any of those boxes on purpose.

Not a Gym

A gym sells you access to equipment and gets out of your way. You walk in, stare at 80 machines, pick one that looks familiar, and hope for the best. We've heard it called "gym-barrassment" — that overwhelming, directionless feeling of not knowing what you're doing or why. At RDF, you don't pay a membership fee to use a facility. You invest in a coaching relationship that's accountable to your actual results.

We learn who you are first. Your goals, your movement history, your health issues, what you like, what you avoid, and where you're starting from. Then we build the program. Every single client gets a custom training plan. Not a template. Not a class format everyone follows. A plan built for you.

Not CrossFit. Not Orange Theory.

We respect what CrossFit has built. We also offer a fundamentally different model. CrossFit scales intensity — it doesn't change the program. At RDF, the program itself adapts to the individual. Same goes for Orange Theory — the format is fixed, the zones are predetermined. We don't do fixed formats.

What we do is coach. Real coaching means knowing when to push harder and when to pull back. It means understanding your movement patterns well enough to catch problems before they become injuries. It means showing up with a plan that makes the most of every minute you're here.

What You Can Expect at Red Dot Fitness

One hour with us is one hour of purposeful, efficient work. You'll know what you're doing, why you're doing it, which muscles you're targeting, and how it fits into your bigger picture. You'll stay injury-free while being challenged. And you'll leave with results that compound over time.

We've been doing this since 2010. Our coaches are credentialed, experienced, and invested in your long-term progress — not your 30-day transformation photo.
